List of items and services included in the price:

  • Table linens in white or ivory for up to 20 round tables

  • Parking at the venue site for up to 100 cars with additional parking on our adjacent parking with shuttle service (Golf cart and Side by side to shuttle guests to ceremony site and to parking if needed)

  • Seating setup for ceremony site

  • Table and seating setup with table linens using our 60”round tables, 8’ farm tables, sweetheart table and wooden cross back chairs

  • Accommodates up to 180 guests

  • ADA compliant bathrooms and bar

  • Up to 2 meetings with our Venue Manager which includes a final meeting 5 days prior to your wedding

  • Climate controlled inside the Barn and the Bridal Suite

  • Clean up of garbage, chairs and tables

  • Fire pit from 6pm-11pm

  • Whiskey barrels available for decoration

  • Full use of the 40’x100’ patio extended off the back of the barn for cocktail hour and reception

  • Large, covered outdoor bar area connected to the patio area

  • Refrigerated coolers to store beer, drinks, desserts, left over food, and flowers

  • 21 lbs bags of ice available onsite for purchase

  • Use of barn from 10am until 11pm (except microweddings)

  • Use of the Bridal Suite and Groomsmen areas for an additional cost

  • Coordination is included for the ceremony. (We do not allow outside coordinators) For Full Day of coordination see prices below.

*Required Costs*

  • General and Host Liquor Liability insurance purchased through the client’s preference of choice. Hinckston Run Farm MUST be listed as an additional insured on the certificate. This insurance MUST be purchased from a Special Event Insurance carrier. (Avg cost of $120)

  • $500 Damage Deposit check due with Final payment

  • PA Sales Tax of 6% is not included in the price.

Extras

 

Cookie/Dessert Table

$250*

You provide the desserts and we will arrange your cookies and desserts on our display trays on a farm table. We will provide the cocktail napkins, cocktail plates, take home containers and we will also re-fill your cookies throughout the event and clean everything up for you!

*This option is ONLY for couples who do not have friends or family to set up your cookie table! The cookie table MUST be cleaned up and leftover cookies are packed up by 9:30pm.

Cake Cutting Fee

$30

If you choose to serve cake for your dessert, we will provide the plates, forks and service to cut your cake and serve it to your guests.

Bridal Suite overnight stay

Bridal Suite and Groomsmen Area Package for Overnight Stay

Both parties can stay the night for a discounted rate if both areas are booked for the same night. $200 discount to book both suites





Tent Rental

$600

20’ X 40’ tent available for larger events to use on the patio to cover a dance floor in inclement weather or use as the buffet area. The tent is white with white removable sides and zipper doors for cross ventilation and venting on hot days. Side walls have grid like windows.

Friday Reservation

If you are having a Saturday wedding and need the day before to decorate and rehearse, we will block that date so you can have full access to the barn from 4pm-8pm

Groomsmen Area overnight stay

Coordinator for Ceremony and Reception

$750*

Our coordinators will make sure your ceremony runs flawless by making sure the bridal party is on time for the ceremony, keep the timeline running in a smooth manner by communicating with the DJ, photographer, videographer, and caterer plus other services that can be tailored to your event.
