Table linens in any color for up to 20 round tables
Parking at the venue site for up to 100 cars with additional parking on our adjacent parking with shuttle service (Golf cart and Side by side to shuttle guests to ceremony site and to parking if needed)
Seating setup for ceremony site
Table and seating setup with table linens using our 60”round tables, 8’ farm tables, sweetheart table and wooden cross back chairs
Accommodates up to 200 guests inside with the dance floor and buffet outside. Between 150-180 guests preferred for comfortable seating inside the venue
ADA compliant bathrooms and bar
Up to 2 meetings with our Event Manager which includes a final meeting 5 days prior to your wedding
Climate controlled inside the Barn and the Bridal Suite
Clean up of garbage, chairs and tables
Fire pit from 6pm-11pm
Whiskey barrels available for decoration

Cookie/Dessert Table

You provide the desserts and we will arrange your cookies and desserts on our display trays on a farm table. We will provide the cocktail napkins, cocktail plates, take home containers and we will also re-fill your cookies throughout the event and clean everything up for you!
Bridal Suite overnight stay

Bridal Suite and Groomsmen Area Package for Overnight Stay

Both parties can stay the night for a discounted rate if both areas are booked for the same night. $100 discount to book both suites
Coordinator for Ceremony and Reception

Our coordinators will make sure your ceremony runs flawless by making sure the bridal party is on time for the ceremony, keep the timeline running in a smooth manner by communicating with the DJ, photographer, videographer, and caterer plus other services that can be tailored to your event.
Tent Rental
$600
20’ X 40’ tent available for larger events to use on the patio to cover a dance floor in inclement weather or use as the buffet area. The tent is white with white removable sides and zipper doors for cross ventilation and venting on hot days. Side walls have grid like windows.
Friday Reservation

If you are having a Saturday wedding and need the day before to decorate and rehearse, we will block that date so you can have full access to the barn from noon-8pm
Groomsmen Area overnight stay
$300
